The book should be purchased with this DVD as it has considerable information on each form. As a beginner its a good idea to take 2-3 chapters at a time as they can take more out of you than you would believe. His work began with training in Chinese Martial Arts and subsequently expanded to include Oriental Medicine, Chi Gung and Meditation.
